Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items received. Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Live plants, seeds, and perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
